GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.• Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.• Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.• Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.• Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.• Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.• Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.• Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.• Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.• Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.• Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.• Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.• Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.• Meets and/or exceed production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.• Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Production Assembler III:
Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
Responsible for accurately cutting aluminum shapes to specified lengths
Experience operating a miter saw and chop saw for cutting aluminum
Loading and unloading of aluminum extrusions onto cutting tables
Proficiency with cutting machinery and aluminum fabrication equipment
Ability to handle material and operate machinery efficiently
Requires stand for extended periods and lifting materials
3+ years of experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Under limited supervision, performs skilled welding duties including Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless and Pipe Fitting, Plant maintenance, repair, and structural welding; performs other maintenance and repair duties, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Able to Work 4 day/10-hour shift.
Must have Basic Mechanical ability.
Ability to conduct Structural welding.

Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.

Work in plant, and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal costumers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training of less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco CPG quality, emergency, and safety procedures.
Assist with Housekeeping.
Adhere to fire watch responsibilities.
LOTO/Safe use of hand power tools.
Understand line break permits, burning & welding permits.
Observe and understand TPM project.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma/GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3 or more years of experience in mechanical field.
Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting plant issues.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

The successful candidate will assist Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing process.
Your role will be :
- To provide a full administrative and secretarial service within the department to ensure that the work is carried out in an expeditious manner and to meet the standards required by the Company.
- To work in accordance with the Office Manual and to act at all times in an appropriate manner as an employee of a professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake document preparation, typing, administration and secretarial work, following dictations from fee-earners
- Scanning post and allocating to fee earners electronically
- Assist in maintaining client files
- Providing Conveyancing quotes if required
- To progress files through to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive
- Dealing with client enquiries and queries over the telephone and in person, and providing updates to clients and estate agents
