JOB DESCRIPTION
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift, to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals.
The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness.
Other responsibilities include improving workforce flexibility, reducing operating costs, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Small K and process improvements, and holding their employees accountable.
Job responsibilities include:
Leads the activities of the team members in the production of quality products in accordance with work instructions and company policy, to ensure a quality product delivered on time Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards, as required by law and company policy Implements Skill Sets and job-related training for all employees on the shift Coaches and provides technical and Supervisory expertise to resolve processing issues and creates and ensures corrective actions are implemented Manages the execution of the Production Schedule Supervisory responsibilities include management of employee performance, hiring, discipline, development, and resource planning Implements and reviews SOP's and drives compliance to standards Utilizes problem-solving techniques and teamwork-building strategies to meet or exceed the facility key operating statistics Facilitates workflow management, workforce scheduling, and team members' placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded Conducts leads or implements the appropriate lean process audits Maintains adherence to company policies, standard work, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices Learns and performs training on the SAP production modules Participates in scheduled Gemba walks and drives resolution to identified wastes and issues Uses DAKOTA software as a compliance tool for environmental health and safety Leads Daily Tier meetings with Production Associates.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Vice President User & Market Insights and Category Management will be responsible for all user research, market insights and category management efforts at Rust-Oleum for a diverse set of brands across multiple product platforms.
This individual will be the voice of the user and owns the collection and synthesis of market and end-user intelligence.

Market Insights - Responsible for overall market insights and intelligence activities to inform the corporate and marketing strategy, planning, and portfolio decisions.
These decisions are informed via an innate understanding of macro market, industry, category and competitive forces.
This is done through the compilation of internal and external data sources, both ongoing and adhoc, then interpreting these and their potential impact on strategy and planned tactics.
User Insights - Own qualitative and quantitative user research at Rust-Oleum, including User Segmentation, Brand Positioning, Macro Trends, etc.
The research conducted will provide a clear understanding of end-user needs, wants, problems, likes and dislikes with respect to target home improvement and professional applications, as well as educate the team on research best practices.
Business Insights - Create a clearly defined market intelligence plan.
Create actionable business insights internally and externally; internally this includes assessing sales performance of our products at retail in a timely and factual manner; externally, you'll provide a value-added service to retailers by positioning Rust-Oleum as the vendor of choice.
POS Data - Capture & analyze POS scanner data from sources such as NPD, Epicor, Retail Links, audits & surveys, customer data, etc.
to identify customer opportunities.
Merchandising / Category Management - Provide analysis and shopper-driven recommendations as part of business reviews, assortment & space optimization, and trade promotions.
Insights Cornerstone - Connect the dots across multiple sources of data and information to generate insight and make meaningful recommendations that drive competitive advantage and profitable growth.
Help ensure insight is woven throughout brand strategy, portfolio & pricing optimization, and innovation initiatives and is shared with the broader organization to support decision making.
Develop a one view insight data base with associated dashboards and KPI's that is shared across the organization.
Present insights to internal teams and key strategic retail accounts.
Leadership - Lead, manage and develop team of User & Market Insights and Category Management reports and cross-functional teams.
Cross Functional Support - Work closely with Product Management to identify new categories and channels for growth.
Support projects with research, analysis and merchandising throughout all phases of the platform development, launch and promotional cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, Communications, Design, Behavioral Research or User Research. 10 years' experience and strong understanding of user insight and market research with 5+ years' experience in category management. Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Hardware & Home Improvement industry experience. Strong storytelling skills and business acumen to simplify large and complex data into compelling recommendations. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Leak Administrator is responsible for tracking, reviewing, calculating, and invoicing all TremCare, TremSource, and Warranty leak calls within a specified division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create/organize a master leak file within a specified division and be responsible for keeping all information accurate and up to date.

Work with the warranty adjustment team to gain approval for work beyond just a normal leak repair.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Reporting & Compliance Administrator is responsible for conducting financial analyses and audits to support contract compliance and profitability across construction projects.

General forklift duties
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements
Working with Supervisor, assist in the management of "Progression" training and certification for all Material Handlers.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Communication and people skills.
Computer skills.
Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
Preferred, SAP experience
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.,
Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day,
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to wear respirator and work in confined spaces.
Ability to wear fall protection, work at heights, climb stairs and ladders.
Forklift experience certified

This position supports the plant's manufacturing operation by ensuring the various packaging and filling equipment runs smoothly and minimizes downtime. Below are the available shift schedules:
1st Shift (Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
3rd Shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
4th Shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) Overtime is available/required.
Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week!
Responsibilities:
Operates a variety of packaging and filling lines including: placing of packaging on the line, monitoring the filling operation, packing-off finished product, performing quality checks and assisting in the cleaning and changeover of the line. Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory by proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, reporting any spills, and ensuring all items per case and cases per pallet counts are accurate. Utilize RF scanner and SAP system. Maintain production logs to accurately record downtime/issues.
Completes all paperwork accurately. Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a neat and orderly work area. Abides by all departmental and plant safety rules. Works in other areas as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
regularly and stand for periods of up to 3 hours at a time Ability to climb steps/ladders Must wear required PPE at all times throughout the shift (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes) Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
