GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.

Assists with shipping and receiving.

Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:

The Role:
As Head of Legal Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional legal services tailored to client needs, ensuring full compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Representing the firm as a true ambassador, you will promote its services with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership across the department, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high performance.
- Develop and maintain open, effective communication channels within and across teams, building a cohesive, collaborative working environment.
- Lead your team through ongoing change as the property market and business processes evolve, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
- Champion a strong client-first culture, balancing legal excellence with a focus on the customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by turning complaints into opportunities for learning and service enhancement, working closely with the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP).
- Leverage internal technical expertise and reporting tools to support operational decision-making and ensure the team is resourced effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain accurate 12-month forecasts and align staffing levels with business needs.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance service delivery and grow the client base.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum of 4 years PQE
- Proven leadership and management experience within a legal environment
- Strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with a strategic mindset and ability to network effectively
- Committed to delivering excellent client service and driving team development

I'm working with a highly reputable, forward-thinking law firm based in Stockton Heath, who are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join their established and experienced residential conveyancing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive, structured environment where theyll work 1-on-1 with a Fee Earner, assisting on files from instruction right through to completion.
The Role: Youll play a key role in supporting a busy fee earner with their caseload, handling a wide range of tasks across the conveyancing process.
This includes drafting documents, liaising with clients and third parties, managing key dates, and ensuring smooth progression of matters from start to finish.
