One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.

Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up.
Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.
Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions.
Spends four days per week in the field with TM's calling on Stonhard customers.
This includes assisting in presentations and managing ongoing installation projects.
Monitors activities such as calls, and quotes and measures performance directly related to invoicing
Actively monitors, directs, and secures Impact Projects
Checks in daily with all TM's within the district.
Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating TM's performance.
Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers
Works closely with CMG group/Installation crews to ensure successful installations with the district
Interacts with other departments to advance the sales cycle
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience working as an area sales manager or in a field sales manager job
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Familiar with specific account base or general markets.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Salesforce (SFA) and its uses.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with TMs calling on Stonhard customers.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Ability to relocate to the area with Stonhard's standard relocation package if needed.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 pounds in weight).
Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 75%).
This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Compensation Ranges:
Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Annual Bonus Potential : approx.
$100,000 to $115,000
Supplemental Pay Types: Car allowance

The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment.
This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services.
Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service.
The DST position covers a respective territory however they position may also be required to travel into other select territories upon request.

SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule.
This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed.
