RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for Fill Off Attendants.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket.
Seal and apply appropriate labeling to containers as indicated on batch tickets.
Move finished goods to finished goods warehouse for shipping.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions Pre-mix material in vat before filling Locate appropriate materials (containers, strainers, equipment, etc.) used for filling, as indicated by batch ticket, and in fill-off manuals Always bond and ground containers before filling Obtain retain per instructions in fill-off procedures.
Labels retain as directed by QC department Complete fill-off procedure Clean vat and equipment using appropriate cleaning solution indicated on batch ticket Make proper notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off Apply appropriate labeling as instructed on batch ticket Move finished goods to warehouse if necessary Maintain neat and orderly work area

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Engineer Intern (EI) Certification Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD. The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
