We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Inspectors to join our team.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)
The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.

Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.

Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.
Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join a specialist machine shop focused on heavy engineering.
The successful applicant will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating turning machines to machine components up to 20 metres in length.
As a CNC Turner, your duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting complex 2D engineering drawings
- Planning machining operations, including tooling, setup, and processes
- Turning large components to tight tolerances (±0.05mm)
- Programming using Siemens controls (basic programming required)
- Operating conventional and CNC turning machines (horizontal and/or vertical)
- Performing routine maintenance tasks including swarf removal, oiling, and greasing
- Deburring and preparing components for inspection and delivery

Matters include management of complex litigation in the Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, complaints, and disputes, HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement, education, children law and challenges to decision-making within health and social care.
You will ideally have 4+ years' experience within the sector, and will be a strong team player with excellent communication, time management and client care skills.

RAS Store Support have Stock Replenishment opportunities for a long-standing major UK client to support with their annual summer promotional event.
Stock Replenishers will unpack and sort inbound deliveries of school uniform and other clothing and accessories to ensure the clothing department is replenished to an exceptional standard.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and dependable people with an interest in retail.
Excellent and effective communicators with ability to work under pressure.
Hard working and energetic individuals who can manage manual handling and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent replenishment standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with location services activated for the purposes of time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.
What you'll get in return:
£12.21 per hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h
Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday (Store dependent)
Depending on store, either 3-hour shift (6-9pm) or 4-hour shift (6-10pm)
