As a QC Technician, you will play a critical role in the quality of our manufacturing process.

Provides production personnel with system weights and canning instructions for finished goods. Documents repetitive issues related to quality of finished goods to make recommendations on formulation changes or production specification improvements. Communicates with appropriate staff when a finished product is held up in QC due to testing problems. Maintain a clean work area and assist in the end of shift cleaning. Provides production personnel with adjustments needed for finished goods not in compliance with specifications.

Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up. Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.

Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Salesforce (SFA) and its uses. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with TMs calling on Stonhard customers.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Ability to relocate to the area with Stonhard's standard relocation package if needed.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Valid Driver's License

This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advise.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting with prep and service across a bold, flavour-packed menu
Working with a small team to deliver high standards under pressure
Bringing your own flair, creativity and ideas to the kitchen
Keeping the space clean, organised, and efficient
Following best-in-class food safety and hygiene practices
What You'll Need
3+ years in a commercial kitchen
Solid experience in food prep and cooking techniques
Confidence in a busy service environment
Passion for quality and innovation in equal measure
A team-first attitude and a calm head
What's On Offer
£29,000 annual salary or £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
