JOB DESCRIPTION
DAP is looking to hire Process Engineer for our Baltimore Plant.
Responsibilities
Provide process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production, and packaging functions to improve safety, and support the MS 168 continuous improvement process.
Production Support
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly
Capital Plan
Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant.
Ensure completion of projects within budgets.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.
of all equipment.
Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance
MS 168
Support the tier meeting process by the implementation and analysis of data collection and visual management systems.
Environmental Program reporting
Support the site's environmental program by assisting with reporting, compliance monitoring, and QA results in support of process engineering improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering
2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience.
Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.

To manage a portfolio of accounting and tax clients to ensure they are compliant with statutory requirements, to assist them with internal management reporting processes and to advise on ways to minimise their tax liabilities.
Key activities include but are not solely limited to:
To manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their companies' accounts and corporation tax returns are prepared accurately and promptly;
To prepare and submit VAT returns for a variety of clients;
To process and submit payroll for a variety of clients;
To ensure that all clients are notified in good time of their tax payment due;
To identify tax planning opportunities;
To assist with the management reporting process by preparing management reports, making journal entries, processing sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliation, etc;
To assist with FCA reporting for clients in the banking and investment industry;
To manage a portfolio of personal clients to ensure their tax returns are prepared accurately, and that they are promptly informed of their self-assessment liabilities;
To liaise with HMRC;
To advise clients on a wide range of tax-related issues, such as CGT, Entrepreneurs' Relief, IHT, residency issues, etc;
To communicate and hold meetings with potential clients;
Assist with training and reviewing work of junior staff;
Knowledge and skills required:
Fully ACCA qualified
Extensive accounting experience in Practice essential
Proficient use of accounting and tax software's such as Sage, TaxCalc, Xero, QuickBooks, Digita etc;
Methodical and rigorous in approach, balancing the commercial viewpoint with accuracy and attention to detail at all times;
Ability to prioritise, and work under pressure when needed to meet deadlines;
Able to take initiative and have good problem-solving skills;
Ability to interact positively with a broad range of people;
Self-motivated;
Highly organised and happy to take ownership of the own client base, whilst working with a team;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and non-finance personnel;
Ability to achieve individual Key Performance Indicators;
Ability to provide added value services to customers.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the home and delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £50k - £60k with profit share of £5k quarterly + £2k for outstanding inspection results.
You will be responsible for
* Leading the home and managing daily operations to meet care standards.
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted registration.
* Promoting safeguarding and child protection at all levels within the home.
* Developing and motivating a skilled, engaged workforce.
* Managing resources effectively to maximise service delivery.
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the service.
* Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Overseeing financial performance and achieving operational targets.
What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Childrens Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.
* Have recent experience of 2 years (within 5 years) in children's residential care.
* Must have experience working in EBD settings.
* Supervisory or leadership experience of 1 year in a care environment.
* Proven knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
* Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
