JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility to support the Territory Manager daily basis in non-selling functions. Responsibility for non-selling tasks such as reading, reporting, and responding to contractor communications under the direction of the Territory Manager.
Understanding and utilizing Sales Force/SFA for updating opportunity and account activity and completing all tasks associated with ITB (invitation to bid), RFI (request for information), and proposal requests.
Other responsibilities include proficiencies with the internal maintenance screens, project forms, submittals, and all other internal tools where reporting and updates are required. Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services. Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with the Territory Manager, Superintendents, Installers, and GCs.
Participate in Quarterly Plan & Review sessions. At times, make field visits to assist the Territory Manager with presentations, lunch and learns, and other meetings.
At the direction of the Territory Manager, communicate and work closely with the Construction Division, including the superintendents, installation crews, and Installation Coordinator to ensure timely installation updates and project details.
Interacts and communicates as needed with other departments; this includes but is not limited to administration, contracts, and business development.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
2+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of sales processes and procedures. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits as required. Travel in the field is >50% of the time. Previous experience in sales or sales administration is preferred Salesforce experience, preferred Fast learner, ability to listen and effectively obtain information.
Physical Requirements:
Spend 5 days per week from a home office (or a combination of home office days and working with the TM from a remote work location) This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.

Summary:

General Purpose
The Proposal Group Intake Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing, managing and developing all pre-qualifications documents and vendor applications for all WTI and Tremco services.

This role will be responsible for the complete order cycle from placement of the order, coordination of manufacture and shipment, through billing.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year's customer service experience.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting, or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Essential Functions:
Process customer orders accurately from multiple channels (sales reps, email, phone queue), ensuring correct pricing and discounts.
Oversee the entire product journey, from manufacturing and scheduling to shipment and final delivery.
Ensure product availability by prioritizing and negotiating with expeditors.
Collaborate with CS Manager to initiate expediting and improve delivery schedules.
Proactively monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and sales reps.
Collaborate with production and expediting teams to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.
Propose and report inventory adjustments to the Supply Chain Manager.
Adhere to all policies regarding stock and no-charge orders, special charges, quality, credit, freight recovery and commission structures.
Facilitate all paperwork for any requested returns (RGA's) or credit memos.
Proficient in product usage, measurement systems, packaging, production processes, and computer reporting.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Demonstrates active commitment to the company's safety and quality initiatives.

Proposal Group Intake Coordinator
General Purpose
The Proposal Group Intake Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing, managing and developing all pre-qualifications documents and vendor applications for all WTI and Tremco services.
Essential Duties
Insure high quality standards of accuracy and correctness with completion each project
Manage all status and communications of documents in the group's tracking software applications
Coordinate work and initiate and manage communications with Regional Business Managers, GS Regional Managers, Sales Regional Managers and Representatives, Field Technicians, Contracts Management Group, Safety Management Group, Credit, Finance and other areas to complete documents
Review and respond to all pre qualification requests within designated, appropriate time frames
Continued maintenance of Pre-qualification Standards Manual that houses all response standards information
Maintain all on-line pre-qualification customer web sites to insure WTI good standing
Coordinate periodic reviews of the Pre-qualification Standards Manual with Contracts Management
Identify and record any problems
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
Verify the implementation of solutions for future use
Education
Associates degree (or equivalent work experience) from two year college or technical school
Work Experience
At least one year of experience in a professional work environment
Preferred Skills
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
Salesforce
OnBase
Smartsheet
Knowledgeable with a variety web and online platforms and ability to learn the applications quickly
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyThe salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
