Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Assist with developing assigned portions of the annual Marketing Plan, Long-Term Plan, Operating Plan and Growth & Strategy presentation. Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Own the P&L of designated platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets. Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 5+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
Team Management: 5+ years of managing direct reports
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions
Ability to influence both formally and informally across functions
Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Strong prioritization skills, and good judgment managing time against competing demands
Empathy and good listening skills to understand audience and consumer needs
Effective verbal communication and presentation skills: clear and concise writing, executive presence and can convey important or critical messages with the desired effect

General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects. Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated. Develops a project scope of work through site visits and discussions with owner / facility staff Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects. Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects. Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD. EI certification with ability to obtain PE license preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred Experience with cloud based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc) preferred. Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects. Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated. Develops a project scope of work through site visits and discussions with owner / facility staff Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects. Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects. Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD. EI certification with ability to obtain PE license preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred Experience with cloud based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc) preferred. The Maintenance Planner offers a basic salary of £39,500 working for a PLC listed market leading manufacturer based at their Throckley factory near Newcastle.
The Maintenance Planner will work closely with the Site Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Leaders, to maximize the performance of engineering operations and will be responsible for the work planning of the maintenance team and contract labour, including shutdowns and PPMs. What's in it for you as a Maintenance Planner:

Main duties of the Maintenance Planner:
The leadership of the maintenance shutdown coordination, establishing best engineering practices
Control and populate the engineering shift plan for all engineering personnel across all disciplines including contractors
To chair weekly scheduling meetings for planned activities
Control, populate and prioritise a work backlog for all maintenance activities or activities involving the engineering team
Key involvement with the implementation of a new CMMS system and T-card system
Work closely with the Engineering Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, and Operational Managers to provide a schedule of work for shift engineers to maintain and improve the reliability of assets
Liaise with production, services, and central functions, to ensure that routine maintenance is planned, and job requests are executed and costed efficiently and effectively
Ensure that equipment removed from the plant, which is being repaired in-house, is coordinated through the shift plan, Work Orders allocated to the repair of each item and appropriate cost captured
Control of accurate records and documentation for all production and auxiliary plant including insurance records
Coordinate and site contact for Contractors to ensure safe and controlled activities are completed on-site and to the quality of engineering standards
Experience required to apply for the Maintenance Planner:
CMMS and Maintenance Planning experience
Strong organisational skills, ability to plan resources and coordinate people effectively
Engineering Training / Qualifications (NVQ3, HNC)
Demonstrable Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Problem-solving tools and techniques to deliver efficiency
Strong computer skills
Good Communication techniques
Continuous Improvement Approach
