Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Facilitate between the customer, design professional, contractor and WTI to submit all submittal requirements for turnkey WTI projects.
This person should have excellent communication and organization skills and understand the construction submittal process for the state of New York.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Submission of Submittals to Architect's Previous experience with reviewing & approving of submittals Ability to work with multiple Contractors at once Deep understanding of NYSED (New York State Education Department) protocols Development of Schedule of Values that is acceptable to Architects and/or Construction Management firms hired by School Districts Ability to prepare, review, and approve AIA G702/703 payment applications Assist in the upfront Spec development Ability to read and understand project specifications and drawings published by Architects.
Understanding of New York building code requirements Working knowledge of UL Fire Rated Systems and FM Deep understanding / ability to write and mange RFI process between Contractors to WTI and WTI to Architect/ Owner's CM / Owner Previous experience with, or ability to learn, online construction related software (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Master Library, etc. Suggest and implement procedures that can maximize simplicity, efficiency, and reduce length of time to from current process.
Assist in any required task or activity within the Roofing & Building Maintenance Division in support of Division goals and objectives. Provide a sense of urgency in all tasks.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.

This position is responsible providing administrative and marketing assistance to Regional Sales Manager and Sales representatives in designated areas. In a timely manner, contact Sales Reps directly and gather information/status on sales objectives, sales actions, management measures and reserved account lists. Maintain tracking of Sales Rep progress on account development.
Determine the status of customer contact per Sales Rep. Track and provide customer prospects gathered through exhibits, events, and tradeshows Monitor regional sales budget and spend Provide administrative assistance to Sales Rep on securing business opportunity with prospect clients including gathering Tremco references. Maintain sales revenue tracking on joint businesses between Sealants & Roofing to determine cross division incentive potentials for Sales Reps. Order marketing communications and product samples for Tradeshows Support National Account Manager in creating marketing materials and brochures. Provide guidance to Sales Reps on new marketing communication tools, including social media platforms (i.e.
LinkedIn). Ad-hoc administrative Sales support. Coordinate Customer seminars and tradeshows.
Manage the event planning and logistics, and ensuring cost incurred are within approved budget. Assist Sales Support Manager on Tremco hosted Sales events within the region including events coordinating, logistics, venue selection, set-up, communications, coordination with identified keynote speakers. Attend and Represent Tremco at exhibits and tradeshows. Actively represent Tremco on industry committees and charity events as a volunteer Select and manage Charity Events including event planning, budget and expenditure management, vendor/supplier selection, recruiting and managing temporary staff, and event logistics. Provide financial documentation supporting proceeds for charity from the event Manage or contribute to special assignments and projects as required. Review operating practices and procedures and identify process improvements that can be implemented. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.
The FOM will be responsible for the safety, quality, and overall productivity and profitability of self-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate on a regular basis with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's goal achievement. Provide training and QA/QC inspections at all levels at all levels of work to ensure the highest standards or Tremco/WTI roofing/facade practices to include: Field Applications - existing and new materials, systems, application parameters, etc. Customer Service Reporting compliance
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Experience taking on strategic initiatives where previous experience may not have been present and engaging to grow the initiative within the business. Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation, and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc.
