GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.

Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.

Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit.
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines.

Performs all required testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

Essential Functions
Responsible for producing (making, cutting, labeling) high-quality floors, walls, lining and specialty samples for use as field sales tools.
Mix liquid amines and resins with silica sand in buckets or a blender and then trowel the material onto a sample board to a precise thickness.
Once the sample cures or solidifies, coating material is applied.
Once the sample passes the final curing process, the technician will cut the sample with a wet saw, sand it on a belt sander, and then lay out for final drying process.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Skills/Experience:
Essential:
Demonstrable experience driving technology-led change, ideally within data or AI programmes.
Strong communication and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences.
Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly way.
Proven experience developing education, training, or enablement programmes.
Familiarity with governance and risk management frameworks in a regulated environment.
Desirable:
Understanding of large language models, Microsoft Copilot, or similar generative AI tools.

Design and deliver an internal AI education programme tailored to operators, managers, and senior stakeholders.
Lead awareness sessions, demos, and onboarding material to build confidence in responsible AI adoption.
Produce accessible resources such as playbooks, FAQs, and guidance documents to support teams in identifying opportunities.
Foster a healthy, creative AI mindset that encourages innovation while managing expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Opportunity Surfacing:
Act as a trusted advisor across departments, supporting leaders to understand and embrace AI opportunities.
Proactively identify high-impact use cases where AI can improve efficiency or unlock new capabilities.
Translate business needs into structured requirements, working with technical teams to assess feasibility.
Prioritise opportunities based on alignment to strategy, business value, risk, and readiness.
Risk Engagement & Governance:
Partner with risk, compliance, and security teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Embed governance principles into the AI delivery lifecycle, covering data privacy, auditability, explainability, and fairness.
Maintain robust records of AI implementation decisions to ensure traceability of data, models, and outcomes.
Equip users to understand both the capabilities and limitations of AI tools.
Outcome Tracking & Continuous Improvement:
Define metrics to evaluate the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Ensure implemented solutions are embedded into business-as-usual operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary.
Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters.
Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers.
In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes.
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx.
75 lbs.
over long distances
Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.)
Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
