GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.

Manage retain room filing and disposal. Sustain lab 5S (QC lab and retain room). Participate in product quality projects with root cause investigations and effective corrective actions with the goal of preventing customer complaints and reducing internal rework. Lead small project for quality improvement through test, data collection, and analysis. Other tasks and projects as assigned.

This Warehouse Administrator position is with a market leading International Manufacturing organisation.
The business has an impressive global footprint of operations, and this opportunity is at their manufacturing site based near Lutterworth.
We are looking for those with strong Warehousing experience as well as an FLT License.
This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself with a genuine market leader as part of their warehouse personnel, responsible for both Warehouse administration tasks as well as yard duties and operational tasks.The position is days-based Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pmKey Duties of the Warehouse Administrator
Receiving incoming goods and checking for accuracy
Adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times and ensuring a safe operating environment in the warehouse area for colleagues, visitors and yourself
Loading and unloading of vehicles and preparing loads prior to despatch
Ensuring all vehicles are checked in accordance with documentation and current security procedures
Ensuring all physical inventory counts are carried out in accordance with the audited schedule and that the system is updated accordingly
Investigating stock and processing inter-works orders including special stock requirements as directed by Warehouse Team Leader or deputy
What you need to apply
Experience of warehouse and yard operations
FLT Licence
Experience of working within a manufacturing warehouse and logistics-based background as a Warehouse Administrator / Warehouse Operative
Knowledge of good in / goods out procedures & shipping documentation
Knowledge of SAP or similar WMS and computer systems
