JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.
Signing off on Specifications shall be required by the Division Manager, Construction Manager, and Tremco Sales Rep.
Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms Visits job site as necessary Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes; attend or be involved via conference call Maintain the project schedule, and process updates from the superintendent Perform site audits as appropriate Authorize and generate Change Orders as required Authorize subcontractor payments Authorize Customer billing Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $99,000.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Prevailing Wage Specialist is primarily responsible for: This position is responsible for state prevailing wage and federal Davis-Bacon Act ("DBA") and Service Contract Act ("SCA") prevailing wage compliance for public works construction projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate all internal processes related to state and federal public works projects to determine whether information accurately flows from project setup through business operations to allow timely employee paychecks and certified payroll creation. Determine which WTI projects are subject to state prevailing wage requirements through online research, written procedures from various jurisdictions, and legal and consulting support. Identify whether state and federal public works projects are set up by administrative staff with accurate wage determinations, including straight time, overtime, and holiday time rates and calculations. Understand and help implement travel and subsistence calculations for all applicable jurisdictions. Manage compliance with apprenticeship programs for state, local, DBA, and SCA jurisdictions and assist the Training and Development Department with in-house apprenticeship program efforts. Understand, implement, and update accurate fringe benefit calculations, including amortization and offsets, as required by jurisdictions that require such calculations. Ensure that subcontractors, when retained, agree to approved contracts that possess prevailing wage, DBA, and SCA compliance language. Perform periodic audits on adherence to and accuracy of public works compliance processes in place.
Remedy gaps or inaccuracies in processes identified in audits. Maintain confidentiality regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of any person as it relates to public works/certified payroll records, Responsible for public works policy development and education of employees involved in administering the internal process. Work on special projects as may be assigned.
EDUCATION:

Evaluate all internal processes related to state and federal public works projects to determine whether information accurately flows from project setup through business operations to allow timely employee paychecks and certified payroll creation. Manage compliance with apprenticeship programs for state, local, DBA, and SCA jurisdictions and assist the Training and Development Department with in-house apprenticeship program efforts. About our collection:
We are an Accredited nationally styled museum with a Designated collection of national importance.
The Tank Museum's Archive is Accredited and a recognised place of deposit for the National Archive.
The collection consists of three sub-collections: the Vehicles, the Object Collection and the Archive.
The object collection consists of uniforms, art, weapons, radios, models, and other related objects.
Our archive collection consists of documents, maps, technical drawings, photographs, film and related material.
There are currently over 350 vehicles in the Museum's collection, most of which are considered the core collection items (the museum pieces) and a running collection of circa 50 vehicles, which consists mostly of duplicate vehicles.
Our vehicle collection is largely made up of tanks, but also includes reconnaissance vehicles, armoured personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles.
This collection includes iconic vehicles like Little Willie, Tiger 131 and a combat veteran Challenger 1.
About the role:
The Vehicle Curator will manage the static collection of core vehicles and related large objects.
They will be the lead person within the museum for all work on the core collection and will be responsible for the collection's preservation and all related administration.
This post will not be responsible for the upkeep of the running collection; however, they will be expected to provide advice and support for the management of these vehicles.
This is a varied and hands-on role that blends curatorial expertise with practical care of the Museum's vehicles and associated large objects.
You'll help make these collections accessible to the public and researchers by supporting exhibitions, answering enquiries, while also playing a part in the Museum's wider research and outreach work.
