What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. The Technical Sales Representative ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts in the New York territory.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Continually measure the impact of activities and adapt and refine the program of delivery with the Safety Solutions Director as necessary. Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.
Signing off on Specifications shall be required by the Division Manager, Construction Manager, and Tremco Sales Rep.
Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms Visits job site as necessary Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes; attend or be involved via conference call Maintain the project schedule, and process updates from the superintendent Perform site audits as appropriate Authorize and generate Change Orders as required Authorize subcontractor payments Authorize Customer billing Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $99,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Responsible for all Construction Division activities in a respective region - including oversight and direction of Project Management, Installer Recruiting and Quality Assurance Managers.
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and Construction Division services to General Contractors, Industrial and Commercial accounts, supporting the Stonhard Territory and Sales Managers. Tracks, guides, and executes TPM, including forecasting in a respective region. Leads weekly look-ahead calls with Regional Leadership team. Direct management of Project Manager and Superintendents (as needed).
Includes hiring, training, and performance management.
Direct oversight of Regional Large Project Protocol Program and Regional Red Flag Program.
Oversight of New TM training in accordance with Stonhard's New TM Training & Development program.
Works directly with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to ensure an up-to-date and accurate allocation and management of installation resources. Schedules and conduct annual meetings with each installer (Sales management included).
Prepares meeting notes with all take-aways/action items.
Coordinates with ROM on annual review meetings with each Installer (Sales management included).
Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports.
Reviews Installer performance reports each quarter and work with ROM/GM to address complex issues and develop strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
Minimum Requirements
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks to Construction Division team, internal Sales and Sales Leadership team including installation subcontractors.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 30%).

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
