We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team.
This role required a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This team is responsible for protecting vulnerable adults (18+) in the local community whose safety and welfare may be at risk.
They carry out safeguarding assessment to identify risk, support needs, develop safeguarding plans and take appropriate action to ensure individuals are kept safe.
The team works closely with multi-agency partners to ensure the best possible plan is in place for each individual.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two year's experience within Adult's Social Work.
Having a good understanding of safeguarding processes as well as being able to work in a team with a fast-paced environment is key for this position.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.
