We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Mechanical Fitter £25,000 - £30,000 an year (DOE), working Monday to Friday 8am -4pm/3.30pm on a Friday (days, no shifts).

Fitting of mechanical installations incorporating hydraulic/pneumatic components to new vehicles.
(Full training given as the work is bespoke in nature)
The work is varied and interesting a training will give due to the bespoke nature of the work.
Mounting products to vehicles in accordance with build instructions
Ensuring all products meet all necessary quality requirements
Maintaining all necessary documents and records required by the company quality systems
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
Reporting any defects and quality issues immediately to production supervisor/quality engineer
Adherence to company health and safety procedures
To be successful in the Mechanical Fitter role you will have ideally worked in a similar mechanical/engineering position.
The role is varied and you would be required to read basic engineering drawings as well as work with your initiativeBenefits of the position

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing business, who are in the process of moving to a larger site.
The successful candidate would have a hand in the recruitment process to build their maintenance team.
We welcome applications from Fabric Engineers, Site Maintenance Engineers, Commercial Maintenance Engineers with team leading experience and coordination of works within a team.
Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor role;
Plumbing, Ground work, Painting, Building repair, Running cables, Internal room development
Complete inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among team members.
Carry our regular preventative maintenance.
Document all maintenance and repair work and maintain records.
Work to a budget.
Train team members.
Communicate with other departments.
