Design and implement scalable sourcing plans
Implement vendor contracts and supply agreements
Manage Bills of Material for new products, work with suppliers and buyers to obtain cost, lead time, minimum order quantity, tooling cost, to support all phases of development and product launch
Collaborate with other Legend Brands buyers and suppliers in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, problem resolution, and new product introduction
Manage and maintain procurement-related data and systems to support reporting and analysis
Execute and develop objectives to improve against department KPIs
Participate in Engineering and New Products Teams as an active member helping to influence best practice sourcing
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure procured materials/services meet technical, business, and quality requirements
Build relationships and collaborate with Sales Operations, Engineering, QA, Materials Management, Product Management, New Product Development, Accounting, and Production
Utilize advanced Excel functionality and D365 to analyze data, implement solutions and create successful business results
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maximize performance
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Report-out to leadership on project timelines, improvement, and status
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities of a materials scheduler:
· You will be responsible for planning and ordering direct materials from internal and external vendors on time,

· You should be able to manage and be responsible for a pool of rotable materials, making sure its size and availability
are kept to AOP standards and that also maximizes customer service, reducing TAT and improving capital availability,
working with IDO sites, Operations, Quality and Engineering to maximise Internal repair opportunities.
· You will be actively engaged in Continuous Improvement Activities in the Team and on site, not being afraid to lead

Must Have for a materials scheduler:
Experience within a supply chain / materials / stores function.

THE PERSON:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Commercial finance background with strong FP&A and cost of sales experience
Experienced in a Commercial Finance Manager role or similar, such as, Finance Business Partner, Senior Management Accountant
Must have the confidence and personality to interact with various stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable building processes from scratch
Strong cashflow forecasting, stock modelling and budgeting expertise
Confident working with commercial and operational stakeholders
Previous experience in a fast-paced, scaling SME is essential
Ideally worked in a product-led environment such as FMCG, engineering, manufacturing, retail or similar
Advanced Excel and modelling skills
Strong systems mindset, ideally with ERP implementation experience
Familiarity with Xero is advantageous

As the business continues to expand, they're building out a best-in-class finance function and are now looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager into a newly created role.THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on opportunity to build the commercial finance capability from the ground up.
You'll own cost of sales, cashflow forecasting and stock modelling (including perishable goods), as well as partnering with key commercial stakeholders across supply chain, marketing and operations to support budgeting, planning and strategic decision making. The business is preparing for further scale and investment in systems, and you'll also play a key role in the roll-out of a new ERP.

THE COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER ROLE:
Own cost of sales reporting and commercial cost analysis
Deliver accurate forecasting and modelling for perishable stock and inventory
Lead budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes across departments
Manage short- and medium-term cashflow forecasting and daily cash reporting
Build financial models to support commercial decision-making
Develop and deliver insightful KPI and performance reporting
