Teach Plus are currently working with a primary school located in the Streatham area who are seeking a SEN Teacher to join them from September 2025.
As a SEN Teacher, you will be required to:
Plan, prepare and teach lessons in the Centre of MLD
Plan and prepare lessons for other classes within the SEND department
Be able to write clear pupil reports, targets, annual reviews and EHCP's
Adapt teaching and learning to meet the needs of each individual child
Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the SEN Teacher role will have:
Experience as a SEN Teacher, ideally within primary settings
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS

Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum
Recent classroom teaching experience
