We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiatic Band 4 Support Worker to join the Community Living team, within the Adult Disabilities Services on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.The Service supports people with learning disabilities and autism in a variety of settings.
These include residential homes, a short-break service, supported living and outreach.
There is also a brand new purpose-built autism hub recently opened.
