The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is FI/CO - Finance and Controlling with emphasis on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
The scope of responsibility is for Tremco Americas operations all business, all locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Provides 2nd level help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Acts as liaison to the software vendors and other users of the software.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Acts as a team leader or group leader for projects / tasks established in each functional area, such as: sales & distribution, finance & accounting, or manufacturing.
Organizes and leads various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users within a given functional area of the business operation.
