Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. This individual is responsible for maintenance-related activities.

EDUCATION:

Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.). Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces. Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required. Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $23.00 and $29.00.
