An opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join our client, a long-established provider of specialist communication solutions trusted across multiple industries in the UK and internationally.
As an Account Executive, you will be will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving the continued success of the sales team.
This full-time role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 plus commission and benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients.
* Explore opportunities to grow business and increase revenue.
* Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends.
* Present customised communication solutions to potential clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
* Manage client information and track sales using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Acumatica).
* Achieve personal sales targets while supporting team goals.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Junior Account Manager, Client Services Executive, Sales Account Executive, Sales development representative, Sales Representative, Client Success Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Representative,Client Relationship Executive or in a similar role.
* Experience in sales or account management, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
* Skilled in using CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce or Acumatica is a plus
* Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
* Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Strong client service and communication skills
