Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Resinous or Industrial Concrete Coatings Flooring Industry Experience is required (sales & installing)
Must currently reside in the assigned territory and be able to travel 40-50% of the time.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum.
Periodic evening and weekend hours required for Co-Op Shows and customer events.

Senior Test Technician

What Youll Do as a Senior Test Technician:
- Inspect and test electronic and electrical assemblies to the highest industry standards (IPC-A-610 & IPC-A-620).
- Commission, support, and troubleshoot production activities, including factory and site acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain proprietary test equipment.
- Conduct aftersales warranty and repairs, including full surveys and detailed reporting on returned equipment.
- Maintain QA records and ensure calibration of test equipment, soldering irons, and ESD controls.
- Mentor and train new technicians and work experience students, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites in the UK and overseas for installations and support.
What Were Looking For in a Senior Test Technician:
- Proven ability to test and fault-find to component level.
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit theory.
- Experience with radio and battery systems.
- IPC-certified soldering skills and the ability to read technical drawings.

Automotive Paint and Bodyshop Programme
We are seeking a candidate with experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), looking to take the next step in their career, working with a vehicle manufacturer approved bodyshop network throughout Germany.
This role will involve undertaking audits, managing compliance and working with the approved bodyshops to drive the network forward.
A willingness to travel throughout the BENELUX region is essential for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Bodyshop Manager or Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to expand their career, working with a major vehicle manufacturer, utilising their knowledge and experience of the bodyshop / collision repair industry.
What you'll need:
Previous experience of the body and paint sector is essential for this position, this could be an independent bodyshop, regional or national group or within the vehicle manufacturers network.
Fluent in English and French languages is a must for this role.
Additional languages of Flemish and Dutch are desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Able to influence stakeholders across the brand and their partners.

What you'll be doing:
Carry out physical and virtual audits on the network and remote verification of self-audits.
Produce individual repairer action plans from audit activity, liaising with individual locations to support them in maintaining the brand standards.
Identify priority training requirements and liaise with the brand centrally to ensure attendance of network.
Produce a monthly report for the German market to required template.
Proactively drive the completion of repair data for the approved repairers.
Support the European Programme Manager in the identification of programme improvements.
