GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Inspection Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and dispatching all inspections for WTI.
This position ensures that the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely.
This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the inspection volume for an assigned division.
Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.
Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management.
This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the scheduling and onboarding of the field technician team. Assist with schedule communication with regional Sales Representatives and management. Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for inspection routes. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing various communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, and more.
Assist with schedule communication between customer and technician. Interact with cross-functional groups, and internal and field representatives in efforts to gather, coordinate, and complete paperwork and information. Maintain an updated customer contact list. Ability to determine escalation of communications as needed to management Special projects as needed.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Computer Literacy, )365 suite, SAP, Excel, Word, IOS. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing administrative business functions. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Experience with Project Management and Gantt charts is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.

Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.
Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region, also responsible for Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
With the RBM, the GC Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Travel to job sites as needed to support account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting. Accountable for regional Quality Assurance. Understanding of the subcontractor agreement and corrective notification measures to the subcontractor according to the executed agreement. Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals. Identify resource or employee concerns and promptly resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management. Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects whose Gross Margin for Service exceeds the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes with the available tools. Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Assist when needed with change order negotiation and approval. Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding: Safety compliance Project approvals, planning, and results. Personnel and process management Any issues related to the above that will require collaboration or elevation of authority. QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high performance standard. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to, pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc.

Can service customers in a compliant and financially solvent manner. Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training.
Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders.
Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities.
Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives.
Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology.
Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators.
Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate.
Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.

The average base salary for this position starts at $117,000; however, the actual salary will vary and may be above or below the average based on various factors including, but not limited to location, experience level, qualifications, and performance.
In addition to the base salary, this position offers a performance bonus based on the achievement of business goals.
