En lien direct avec le direct avec le siège du groupe, vous gérez une résidence de tourisme de gamme 3 étoiles, composée de lots avec .
Vous serez responsable de l'accueil client, de la gestion et de l'organisation des arrivées et des départs, de la caisse et de l'application des procédures Terres de France.
Vous encadrez les équipes ménage, technique, et réception et veillez au respect des réglementations (règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, installation électrique, piscine ...).
Vous aurez comme principales missions :
Encadrer, coordonner et contrôler l'ensemble du personnel des différents services : Accueil, ménage et maintenance (2 à 5 personnes)
Animer le personnel et définir les règles de fonctionnement
Participer au recrutement avec la direction du groupe
Garantir les niveaux de qualité des prestations et satisfaction client
Gérer les stocks et superviser les approvisionnements de la résidence
Être garant de l'hygiène et de la sécurité de l'établissement
Superviser le contrôle des dépenses Fluides (eau et électricité)
Participer à l'animation commerciale locale

You will be responsible for quoting and operating incoming travel groups to the UK, and to confirm all services required in good time.
Job Purpose:
⦁ To work closely with senior operators in order to develop and grow incoming groups⦁ Quote & Operate groups in a successful, profitable and professional manner
Job Specification:
⦁ To Maintain good relations with all clients and suppliers at all times⦁ To Respond to requests from clients accurately and in a timely manner⦁ Follow up of quotation sent out in order to convert requests into confirmed bookings⦁ Ensure the smooth operations of all groups (i.e.

Duties and responsibilities of the Destination Experience Coordinator:
Coordinate, market, and sell curated onshore excursions for event participants

Act as main contact for participant queries and bookings (via HubSpot CRM)
Provide clear pre-arrival information, including itineraries and logistics
Align excursions with event schedules and liaise with internal teams
Travel internationally to prepare destinations and oversee delivery
Build strong relationships with tourism authorities, marinas, and service providers
Maintain booking records, customer preferences, and post-event feedback

Qualifications and requirements for the Destination Experience Coordinator:
