Summary: The Fiber Technical Support Specialist provides a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the construction materials industry, particularly in fiber reinforced concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
o Assist in developing marketing materials and maintaining product documentation, focusing on creating and updating technical data sheets and literature.o Ensure marketing content effectively informs both internal teams and external stakeholders about the company's fiber reinforced concrete products and their applications.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and refine communication tools that support product promotion and client education.
Technical Support:

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction, concrete management, civil engineering, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and internships.• Interest in cement, concrete, or construction-related fields preferred.• Prior coursework, internships, or part-time work in a related field is a plus but not required.

Secure and schedule trainers for various programs. Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides, feedback forms, and certificates of completion. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. Monitor and manage emails related to training activities sent to the shared email inbox (TremcoCPGLearning@tremcoinc.com). Utilize the eLearning platform to maintain accurate training records, including tracking attendance, completions, and issuing certificates. Ensure compliance with organizational policies by employees and vendors involved in the training process. Handle attendee payment processing and communicate outstanding balances to stakeholders. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to external customers (distributors, contractors, design teams, and building owners) and internal customers (sales representatives) as it relates to processing product orders.

Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Prepare capital projects for submission to management.

Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions Pre-mix material in vat before filling Locate appropriate materials (containers, strainers, equipment, etc.) used for filling, as indicated by batch ticket, and in fill-off manuals Always bond and ground containers before filling Obtain retain per instructions in fill-off procedures.
Labels retain as directed by QC department Complete fill-off procedure Clean vat and equipment using appropriate cleaning solution indicated on batch ticket Make proper notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off Apply appropriate labeling as instructed on batch ticket Move finished goods to warehouse if necessary Maintain neat and orderly work area
