Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.

Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.
