Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 30%).

Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management.
