This is a remote position. The Part-time Warranty Administratoris primarily responsible for set-up, preparation, and finalization working through sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Set up Warranty orders Review order information, follow-up with sales representatives, update SAP, set up equipment record(s) and create maintenance plans Select appropriate Warranty type; prepare Warranty document Finalize Warrant Verify all paperwork has been received, update SAP, assemble Warranty package, prepare necessary correspondence, and mail/route to appropriate parties Handle Warranties running through General Contracting Revise/Re-issue Warranties as needed Receive Warranty leak calls and communicate information to customer service for service order creation Provide Maintenance Plan/Service Order Assistance for Production Group as needed Implement process improvement, streamline formats, and help in designing/suggesting procedures to reduce redundant paperwork and data entry Act as liaison with field resources, sales force and contractors assisting with questions pertaining to warranty Develop and maintain effective working relationship with team members, managers and personnel in internal departments whose functions directly and indirectly impact the service level to customers Aid in building strong relationships with sales force, vendors, contractors and customers through professional demeanor, and timely and accurate handling of daily administrative duties that impact these persons Learn and understand services provided Special projects as needed. General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

Lead the sites COSHH Assessment process, including carrying out of such assessments.
Responsible for developing the environmental strategy and environmental performance and lead site environmental permits.
Product Life Cycle Assessment and Internal improvements on 12 principles of green chemistry.

Customer Account Manager - Managed Services
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days home)

Our client, an expanding and dynamic provider of managed services is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join their customer excellence and account management team
Main purpose of Role:
Working closely with the named Account Directors across a nominated Account Roster and the broader business functions to support the creation of the best possible Customer Experience, Retention of Annual recurring revenues and incremental Account spend.
As part of the overall engagement, support the Account Directors in working to drive cross sell and upsell opportunities to broaden the company's footprint and wallet share within each account, work with the account teams to identify opportunities and deliver the overall Account Plans and objectives.
Within their own named accounts, work to ensure retention of the recurring revenues, development of incremental and X-sell opportunities to deliver incremental gross margin.
Achieve incremental GM targets and revenue retention targets,
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a leading role supporting the Account Director within named Accounts on run rate business.
Work working closely with the team to bring new contacts and opportunities to light through close customer management.
Engage directly in their own named accounts drive growth and ensure the retention of the support renewal and recurring revenues.
Continue to develop incremental opportunities by identifying cross - sell and upsell prospects to generate additional gross margin.
Compiling customer quotations and processing orders.
Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure both continuous service improvement and the evolution of services
Support the account team in understanding the wider customer requirements, objectives and business drivers.
Providing a highly professional service to customers at all times.
Ensure the in-house CRM system (Salesforce) is maintained and kept up to date.
Maintain a good knowledge of the portfolio, this includes participating in sales enablement training and engaging with vendors on Opportunities
