Experience
Over 2 years hands on Calibration and Instrumentation experience in servicing, testing, and calibrating electronic and electrical instruments.
National and international calibration standards ISO 17025 and the ability to apply these standards to calibration tasks.
Test and measurement instruments multimeters, oscilloscopes, AC/DC power supplies, insulation testers, etc.
Fault finding in both analogue and digital electronics, interpreting electronic circuit schematics and performing component-level repairs.
Calibration and Documentation detailed reporting using calibration certificates and validation documents.
Calibration software and Microsoft Office tools Excel and Word for reports.
Electrical and electronic components, with the ability to repair faulty instruments to the highest standards.
Driving License: A valid UK driving license to facilitate on-site visits and transportation of equipment.

We are working with a well-established technology organisation to recruit an experienced Software Tester / QA Engineer to support the delivery of customer-facing systems and core software products.
This role sits within a professional services environment and will involve testing both standard solutions and customer-specific implementations.
You will work closely with developers, project managers and technical teams to ensure systems meet quality standards prior to release and go-live.
