ð Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am 4:00pm (40-hour week)
ð Holidays: 28 days + Christmas period off
ð§ About the Role Were recruiting on behalf of an independently run, family-operated garage in Fawley (SO40) that takes pride in delivering honest, skilled workmanship without the pressure of dealership targets or bonus schemes.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who enjoys getting stuck into a variety of jobsfrom motorhomes to Maseratisin a supportive and down-to-earth workshop environment.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Conduct mechanical repairs, servicing, and diagnostics across a wide range of makes and models
- Tackle complex engine, electrical, and fault-finding work
- Work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer care, and safety
ð What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Comfortable working across a wide variety of vehicles (cars, vans, and more)
- Skilled in diagnostic equipment, fault finding, and hands-on mechanical work
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence required

The Role - Motorcycle Technician:

ð About the Opportunity: We are working with a main volume brand dealership in the Canterbury area, currently seeking an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy and dynamic Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose faults and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, parts used, and diagnostic reports
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic equipment
ð§ Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or professional garage setting
- Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of vehicles
- Full UK Driving Licence
