Project management and administration. Maintains work plans, tracks effort and progress vs. plan, and provides appropriate status information regarding projects. Contributes to the development of the SAP budget. Undertakes cost benefit analyses and makes recommendations to optimize business processes supported by SAP applications, including business re-engineering, systems enhancements and implementation of new IT capabilities. Manages contracts and service level agreements with vendors and 3rd party service providers, including management of on-site contractors. Ensures that SAP projects are delivered within established time frames and budget parameters.
