An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established sports media and events company, specialising in promoting and producing live sporting events across a wide range of disciplines.
As a Management Accountant, you will be supporting multi-entity reporting and driving insightful financial analysis for operational and strategic decisions.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 with discretionary bonus and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Producing quarterly management accounts and related schedules for individual entities
* Preparing post-event budget vs actual reports with clear, actionable commentary
* Collaborating with operations to identify variances, risks, and opportunities
* Assisting with external audit preparation and follow-up
* Carrying out project-based financial analysis and reporting as required
* Enhancing financial systems and reporting processes
* Presenting financial insights clearly to non-financial colleagues
* Ensuring alignment with group financial controls and governance policies
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Company Accountant, Group Accountant, Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant, Financial Analyst, Reporting Accountant or in a similar role.
* Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
* Recent experience in management accounting, preferably across group or multi-entity structures
* Possess experience financial reporting
* Confident using Excel
* Experience with accounting systems and BI tools is a plus
* Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude
* Strong communicator, able to engage effectively across teams

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspection Clerk / Property Inspections Consultant to join a well-established property group offering residential sales, lettings, and property management services and supporting buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers with a full range of real estate solutions.
As a Property Inspection Clerk, you will be visiting properties, producing condition reports, liaising with tenants, and supporting landlords in the management of their investments.
This role can be full-time or part-time (4 days per week) offering a salary range of circa £28,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance and benefits.
You will be covering Brentwood, Billericay and Romford area.
You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out property inspections using bespoke software on a tablet device.
* Compiling detailed reports to document the condition of properties before, during, and at the end of tenancies.
* Preparing accurate check-out reports prior to tenants vacating a property.
* Mediating between landlords and tenants regarding end-of-tenancy condition disputes.
* Producing and submitting paperwork for adjudication when required.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Property Inspector, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Administrator, Tenancy manager, Property Manager, Property Inspection Clerk, Inventory Clerkor in a similar role.
* Background in dealing face-to-face with the public.
* Ideally have experience within residential lettings (Full Training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Skilled in MS Office and mobile applications.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to own car.

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner for an Adult's Safeguarding Team
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 year post qualified experience.
About the Team
These team leads on complex safeguarding enquiries under section 42 of the Care Act as well as working collaboratively with other professionals and internal teams by assessing and managing the risks effectively.
As a senior practitioners will provide leadership within the team overseeing safeguarding cases and offering guidance to social workers and newly qualified staff.
About you
A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 year experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
