Key Responsibilities of the Fabrication Supervisor
Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor.

Track KPIs, complete daily checks, and drive improvements.
Communicate key updates, manage absences, and support performance.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and apply Lean/5S practices.
