Overview: A leading financial services organisation in the Nordics is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist to help design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that drive marketing personalisation and customer engagement.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on applied machine learning, model deployment, and integration with marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for marketing personalisation and customer engagement.
Build and maintain end-to-end model pipelines, including CI/CD and production deployment.
Implement and oversee model governance, compliance, and risk controls.
Analyse campaign and customer behaviour data using A/B testing and Bayesian approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and engineering.
Support integration of MarTech tools into AI workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with AWS and Databricks for data and model workflows.
Proven experience with model deployment and MLOps.
Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Dynamics).
Expertise in experiment design and performance analysis (A/B testing, Bayesian models).
Experience working in an agile project environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with conversational or generative AI technologies.
Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey analytics.
Exposure to model cataloguing, governance frameworks, or “model factories.”
Industry experience in financial services or MarTech (advantageous but not required).
