As a Nurse your key duties include:
Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner
Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner
Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
Respectful of the values, views and needs of others
Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector
Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.43 per hour and the annual salary is up to £44,455.84 per annum.

Working in a successful Residential Property team, you will be working in a team of fee earners, working on a varied caseload of Conveyancing matters.
Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 firm with a successful expanding Residential Property team.

They have a number of offices across Yorkshire and the East Midlands and have a fantastic reputation in the legal market.
The Role
You will have exposure to sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold and some remortgage matters.
Client contact is an integral part of this role, and you will act as the main point of contact.
You will have excellent technical ability surrounding the conveyancing process.
You will have upwards of 2 years' case handling experience, who is confident in running residential sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold, from instruction through to completion.

Optometrist - Role
Clinically focused independent

Access to high level equipment including; OCT, autorefractor combi unit, FDT Field screeners, Thomson test charts, Keratometer, slit lamp, Humphrey field analyser
Trial frames or Phoropter
Testing times 30-40 Mins
Various referral schemes - MECS, CUES, Cataract, Glaucoma (Training can be provided)
Optinet software - Mostly paperless
