Based in the heart of Dubai, the group have already lauched a number of exciting concepts, with plenty more in the pipeline too (beach clubs, restaurants etc.) and they are now actively looking for an experienced General Manager to join and head up their most exciting pre-opening concept, a high-end, premium beach club which is set to open in Q4 2024. We're looking for someone who has previous experience heading up similar venues, across Middle Eastern territories, and it's an absolute must that this person is both commercially & operationally strong - sales forecasts, projects, P&Ls, budgets etc.
Pre-opening experience is a must too. Ideally we're looking for someone who has a strong background within the Dubai F&B/Nightlife scene, and who is based in country already. Responsibilities:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates I'm currently partnering with a global hospitality group, currently based in Dubai, with their search for a Talent Acquisition Director. The group have a global footprint, with venues stationed across North America, South America, Europe, & the Middle East - and they're actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join their team, to be based out of their regional head offices in the heart of Dubai. The group have an incredible portfolio of venues & properties, boasting high-end, fine dining restaurants alongside boutique, ultra-luxury residencies & private members clubs - with plenty of exciting plans in the pipeline, regarding further global expansion. You'll be responsible for leading a wider team of 6, and you'll be reporting directly into the Global Head of HR. We're needing someone with their finger on the pulse when it comes to talent & the regional markets in the GCC - so we're ideally seeking someone who comes from a strong background in independent F&B/hospitality groups OR a hotelier background, as long as you are heavily involved in F&B and senior Exec/operational recruitment.
