About the role:
You will have strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) combined with hands-on experience.
You will lead the development of a nurturing environment instilling good, core values into children of various ages.
You will safeguard children's welfare and encourage joy through age-appropriate activities.
About you:
NVQ Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent
NVQ Level 2 will be considered
Enhanced DBS Check (on Update Service preferred)
Flexible
Will commit to minimum 2 days a week

Holt Engineering is looking for a Quality Inspector for a growing manufacturing business in Eastleigh.
As a Quality Inspector you will play a pivotal role within the business, you will be working within goods in, stage and final inspection of electrical & electronic assemblies.
This role is a permanent position paying £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE).
Working full time Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities for Quality Inspector
- Inspection of Electrical & Electronic Assemblies.
- Calibrated Tool control issuing & approval.
- Assist with First Article Inspection
- Use measurement tools and equipment e.g.
(calipers, micrometers)
- To work with the Quality Controller to develop, improve & maintain quality standards across the areas of responsibility.
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documents
- Escalate quality issues to the quality manager
- Proactively advise management of any issues
- Provide QA support as necessary.
- To assist the Quality Controller in the diagnosis of quality problems.
To be considered for this Quality Inspector role:
- IPC Trained would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to read & understand complex Engineering drawings & instructions.
- Previous experience inspecting electronics is essential
- Experience in using measurement tools e.g.
calipers and micrometers
- Familiar with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards
- Structured and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent communicator
- Good time management skills
