Our client are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work in their busy and expanding Engineering Department.
Predominantly you'll be managing the diaries of a team of engineers but in addition, you'll also be responsible for:
Booking Preventative and Corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers
Invoicing Engineers Visits.
Ensure all Client Account Administration is accurate and up to date.
Supply Analysis reports to Management as requested for their weekly/monthly meetings.
Liaise with Managers on a daily/weekly basis, giving updates on jobs, difficult customers, queries with Engineers etc.
Passively acquiring new Service Contracts.
General Correspondence.

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
