Please note that this role would be a hybrid working position.
The Role of the Prosecutions Lawyer
To assist the Senior Prosecutions Lawyer in progressing full caseloads of Prosecutions work to completion
The caseload will be a mixture of Criminal Litigation work including licensing matters
To attend court when required to do so
The Person
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
Recent experience of working in a similar position within a local government (or public sector) environment would be required
Experience of dealing with the Licensing Act 2003 would be essential for this role
