They work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, to promote independence, social inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users.
It is important to identify and manage safeguarding concerns and manage any risks effectively.
About you
A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience working with adults mental health will aid in the effectiveness of the role.
A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
