Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Fitter: • Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly duties in line with engineering specifications. • Work on site at Faslane on naval and defence-related projects. • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. • Use appropriate tools and equipment to fit, install, and maintain mechanical systems. • Ensure all work is carried out to strict health and safety and quality standards. • Collaborate with other trades and engineering staff to meet project deadlines.
