Option 1: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 / Friday 08:00 to 13:00
Option 2: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:30 / Friday 07:00 to 12:00
Option 3: Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 12:30
Option 4: Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 23:45 (26% shift allowance)
Option 5: Weekly rotation of option 3 & 4 (26% shift allowance on every PM shift)
In return, the Mazak CNC Machinist will receive:
Annual Salary: Up to £38,836.32 - depending on experience and shift pattern
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £100.00 - Must be on time everyday with no sickness during the month
Annual Leave: 34 Days (26 free choice + public holidays)
Annual Profit Share & Loyalty Bonus - eligible after 2 years' service (£1,500.00 average profit share & £42 per year for every year worked loyalty bonus)
