Welder Fabricator Overview:
As a High-Level Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for bringing complex sculptural designs to life.

Welder Fabricator Key Responsibilities:
- Interpretation & Planning: Meticulously interpret complex artistic drawings, schematics, and 3D models to understand design intent and fabrication requirements for sculptural pieces.
- Material Selection & Preparation: Advise on and prepare a wide range of metals (e.g., stainless steel, mild steel, brass, bronze, aluminum) for fabrication, ensuring optimal material properties for sculptural integrity and aesthetic.
- Precision Fabrication: Execute precise cutting, forming, shaping, and assembly of metal components to exact specifications, often involving intricate curves, angles, and organic forms.
- Advanced Welding: Perform high-quality welding using various processes (TIG, MIG) on diverse metals, with a strong emphasis on aesthetic welds that contribute to the sculptural form and finish.
- Finishing & Detailing: Apply advanced finishing techniques including grinding, polishing, patination, and surface treatment to achieve the desired artistic effect and ensure durability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for Vat Washer/Cleaners.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Cleans interior of batch processing tanks and vats to remove residue left after batches are filled off into containers.
Maintain used "wash" drums and account for used cleaning solvent (wash).
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Drain tank/vat of remaining batch material Scrape and/or scrub interior of tank/vat to remove residue Use appropriate cleaning solvent to clean tank/vat Remove residue and cleaning solvent from tank/vat with squeegees, pump and/or suction hoses Dry tank/vat Inspect tank/vat to ensure no chance of contamination before authorizing tank/vat for use Empty used cleaning solvent into appropriate used wash drum Maintain used wash drum area by tracking amount of wash in drum and replacing filled drums Apply proper labeling to empty wash drums to prepare for use Maintain log of used cleaning solvents (wash) Assist in Filling area as needed Maintain neat and orderly work area

Our client, a busy Accident Repair Centre in the Northampton area, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:
- Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
- Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
- To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as its identified
- Have a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Be able to work in a team and as an individual
Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:
- Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level
- Have Previous experience as an MET Technician
- ATA is advantageous but not essential
