QualificationsMust-Have:
Proven experience as a General Manager in high-end restaurants or private clubs.Bilingual proficiency in French and English.In-depth knowledge of fine wines, food pairings, and luxury dining experiences.Hands-on leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills.Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Preferred:
Familiarity with the local community's culture, trends, and preferences.Experience managing VIP clientele in hospitality settings.Certification in wine studies (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) is a plus.
