As a Youth & Child Support Worker, you'll support young people with a range of complex needs including Autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
You will play a vital role in helping them develop confidence, resilience, and independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team working in a unique environment designed to meet both the care and educational needs of students with EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans).
👥 What You'll Do:
Safeguard and promote student well-being at all times
Support students in daily routines, personal care, education, and social activities
Encourage participation in hobbies, after-college clubs, and community engagement
Provide key working and tailored support sessions
Support with EHCP goals, behaviour plans, and care plans
Ensure all documentation is maintained and up to date
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the internal care and education teams
🧠 Who You'll Support:
Young people aged 16-25
Mixed gender
Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, moderate to severe learning disabilities, complex medical or emotional needs
All students have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP)
👤 What We're Looking For:
6+ months' experience in youth support or care (essential)
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or issued within the last 2 years
Valid photo ID and right to work documentation must be presented at first shift
Safeguarding/Child Protection training (required)
CPI/MAPA training is desirable, but not essential
A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to location
Willingness to complete on-site 2-hour induction prior to first shift

Shifts available Monday to Sunday
Typical pattern: 08:00 - 20:00 + Sleep-in
Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling

Our Client is based in Lufton ,Yeovil is looking for class 2 dust cart Drivers to join their busy team
Main duties are to go out in a Dustcart lorry and collecting Residential or Commercial Waste.
Please be advised, this is a Driver/Loader position, so you will be required to do manual work, as you will be working with the loaders.
Requirements:
HGV class 2 licence
No more than 3 points on the licence.
No DR endorsements;
Valid CPC and Tacho cards
Must be willing to load
Safety shoes and HiVis.
Must have experience of at least 6 months.
Shift Pattern :
Monday to Friday
06:15 - 14:45
Desirable
Experience working in the waste industry.

Responsibilities as Project Manager
- Receive requests from customers/OEM and collate program requirements
- Prepare proposal templates
- Share requirements with TechPubs Supplier (Hemel or Sonovision)
- Review quotes received from the supplier
- Create estimations in AET (Estimation Tool)
- Release purchase orders to suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers (Hemel or Sonovision)
- Review and approve relevant documents
- Submit documents to OEM
Qualifications as a Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
