Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all the administration function of the estate office, commercial let offices and business operations.
Managing the database and be responsible for routine financial processes.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the Office and Estates Administrator:
Being first point of contact for enquiries
Facilities management
Historic house management: liaising with architects, other advisers and conservation specialists as required

The team is responsible for processing orders from the dealers, key accounts, and direct customers, ensuring stock is delivered on time and in full by the requested delivery date
In this role, you will provide customers with quotes, place and manage orders through to delivery, and keep them informed with stock updates, dispatch details, and delivery schedules.
You will also handle invoice queries, coordinate and manage returns, and ensure a smooth order fulfilment process
You will be assigned specific accounts, working closely with the Sales team to maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Additionally, you will take ownership of managing your own workload on a daily basis, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP would be a beneficial but not essential

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team providing additional support.
If you're someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in keeping things organised.
This role is offered on an initial 6 month, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
What you will be doing as the Warehouse Operative
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, either manually or using a forklift
Checking for damaged or missing items and sorting stock for storage or distribution
Accurately putting goods away into the appropriate storage spaces
Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and within set targets
Maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
Assisting with inventory checks and reporting as needed
Supporting operational efficiency by following procedures and schedules
Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and yard area
Completing daily equipment checks and promptly reporting any issues
Liaising with suppliers to manage stock of consumables and packaging materials
Experience, skills and attributes required
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using stock control systems and IT-based records
Forklift experience preferred (licence not essential but an advantage)
