Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferably Mechanical / Manufacturing.
Relevant experience in the Mechanical sector with experience designing carbon steel and stainless structures & access platforms.
TEKLA Structures and/or Solid Works.

Based on site in Cahir, Tipperary with some travel to client location / sites.
Clear ability to use various packages such as Microsoft project, excel, word and AutoCAD.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Role Profile
Working with the project team to carry out fabrication drawings.
Review and analyse client specifications in terms of Company's quotation, scope of supply and commercial terms.
Generate and check project engineering deliverables such as technical specifications, design submittals and handover documentation.
Perform Design Reviews with client/production/engineering department as required.
Prepare Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) for projects including supporting FATs and commissioning as required.
Reviewing the mechanical build with the project team as it progresses and facilitating project communications and reports.
Work with other internal departments to ensure project objectives are met.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on projects.
Overseeing project quality control and project health and safety matters.
Any other functions deemed relevant by your line manager.
