Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am 4.30pm
The Opportunity
A leading and well-established organisation within the commercial vehicle sector is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their team at their new Head Office in Southampton.
The Role
The HR Administrator will be working as part of a supportive HR team, you will provide professional HR administrative support across multiple sites and all levels of the business.
This is a varied and hands-on role, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the recruitment process: liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters
- Preparing contracts of employment and supporting new starter inductions
- Handling HR queries including holidays, pay, and absence
- Assisting with training and development administration
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting wider HR projects as required
About You
- CIPD Level 3 (or above) qualified
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and confident in communication at all levels
- Able to manage a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team

We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and reliability of end-to-end satellite communication systems.
This role covers product assurance across design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and launch phases, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Based in London with a very attractive hybrid working arrangement, this will be a 6-month contract (extension likely).
The rate is negotiable dependant on experience (inside IR35).
What youll do:
- Lead programme-level product assurance activities across hardware, software, and systems.
- Develop and implement assurance plans in line with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ECSS standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and partners to ensure compliance and delivery.
- Oversee supplier quality, materials, processes, inspections, and audits.
- Drive risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (electronics, aerospace, mechanical/materials, or similar).
- 5+ years experience in product assurance on space projects (ESA, UKSA or similar).
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and ECSS standards.
- Experience working with and managing suppliers and vendors.
- UK or EU (27) Citizenship required.
